Information Requests:

Requests will be processed according to the availability of the material in the Archives. Research outside of the Archives holdings will not be undertaken. Research fees in the amount of $25.00 per hour may be applicable to each request. Consultation may be undertaken by the researcher and is subject to the availability of the Archivist.

Photocopying/Photographic Reproduction Services:

Reproduction of archival material for use in research and private study are subject to COPYRIGHT laws and the condition of items. All copies of archival material must be obtained from the Archivist. Permission to use reproductions of archival material for purposes of advertising or marketing or publication must be applied for in writing to the Archivist. Credit must be given to the WHA in the publication as follows: "Courtesy of the Westmount Historical Association".

Prices to be determined by the Archivist. Research Fees $25.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour) for research. Mailing and handling cost of Express Post plus handling fee of $3.00 There is also a rush order fee, subject to the size of the order and availability of staff to fill the order.
